Today's Choice for Tomorrow's Future

Assistant Principals

Mrs. Carol Peppers

It is a great privilege to introduce myself as one of your Assistant Principal at Tavares Elementary. I am honored to have the opportunity to assist in leading a school with such time-honored traditions which have cultivated such a family atmosphere.

I have been dedicated to the field of education 2005. Within those years I have taught at Carver Middle School, transferred to a leadership role at Fruitland Park Elementary and finally to my current position at Tavares Elementary School in 2015.

As your Assistance Principal, I believe in the power of teamwork and know that if working together we will ensure that all our students, parents and staff at Tavares Elementary are excited to be there.  I will strive daily to create an academic centered, fun and safe environment for all our students.  It is our goal to instill a strong educational foundation in your students and prepare them to reach their maximum potential.  My door is always open, and I welcome your input. Please feel free to stop in, call or email me to discuss any concerns, suggestions, or ideas to help make this the best year yet.
